I needed a place fast that allowed me to have my dog because of a miscommunication on another place. It was around 8 at night when I booked and was able to get in that night. It was a fair price compared to everything else in the area. The bed was very comfortable and my wife and I loved sleeping there. They responded very quickly when I had any questions.

Our stay was very pleasant. It was walkable to the lake and downtown area. It was quiet for being located on the street. The communications with Boutique Stays were friendly and very quick to respond. We are ready to go back!

The cabin was a great place to sleep while exploring Grand Lake and the surrounding areas. Very basic with a bed, bathroom, and a tv, but just what I needed to get out of Denver for a couple days. Luckily, I brought utensils and my camping cooking gear to use the provided grill. Would stay again for sure!
